If you couldn't already tell,
I love Long Island...

Some of the most exclusive and luxurious Real Estate in the country and even the world can be found RIGHT HERE in Nassau County. In recent years some of the most beautiful estates have been bought and sold to some of the world's wealthiest people. For record prices!

We are just about halfway through 2025 and so far this year, there has been no sale to rival the $21 million that was spent in 2024 for 75 Post Road, Old Westbury. With 15 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, this Georgian-style Mansion sits on over 92 Acres. It had been listed on the market for 177 days before the offer was accepted and the contracts were signed. The closing happened about three and a half months later on December 2nd, 2024 (That must have been some New Year's Party!)

67 Feeks Lane, Locust Valley is holding strong as the top sale of 2025 so far. With a purchase price of $13 million this 7 bedroom, 12 bathroom property sits on 20 acres, was listed at $15 million and was only on the market for a day before being locked up by the new buyers with signed contracts. This property closed a little more than a month later with an ALL CASH $13 million dollar sale. 7 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms with over 12,000 sq ft of living space on 20 acres of property! |

Back in 2023, 297 Mill Hill Road, Mill Neck Sold for $18 Million. It was originally listed for $25 Million and sat on the market for about 11 Months before accepting an offer and going into contract. JUST 26 days later the property closed on this ALL CASH! "Wychwood" is situated on the second highest elevation on Long Island (Jaynes Hill being #1) with sweeping views overlooking Oyster Bay Harbor, Cove Neck, Centre Island and Lloyd Harbor. |

Here are some of the properties that are currently listed on the market that, if sold this year, could knock out the 2024 sale of 75 Post Road in Old Westbury and take the crown as Nassau County's Reigning CHAMPION!!!!

502 Centre Island Road, Oyster Bay is listed at just $29,900,000 and has recently become way more reasonable (lol), after dropping the list price a whopping $10 million! The 20,000 Square feet of living space has just undergone a complete renovation and comes with 2,000 feet of pristine sandy beach, right on the Oyster Bay Harbor.
10 Lands End Road, Locust Valley is listed and just $28,900,000. This 8 bedroom, 9 bathroom sits on a serene 32 acres right on the coveted Gold Coast. This property was originally a farmhouse but was later reimagined by Walker & Gillette, the renowned Architectural firm, into a Georgian-style Colonial. |
0 Applewood Estate, Upper Brookville is now getting serious!! originally listed at $38 million, the price has steadily dropped over the eight months that it's been on the market, most recently dropping the price another $3 million to its current list price at $27,000,000. Applewood Estate rests on 35+ acres and has 13,000 sq ft of living space, 13 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms! The Applewood Estate gets its name because in the 1900's, this estate was an orchard farm. It was also owned at one point by the American Artist Montague Flagg. |
What do you think?! Will one of these properties sell for a number high enough to give the 2024, $21 million SALE of 75 Post Road, Old Westbury a run for its MONEY?!
