The Regional Economic Development Council's Strategic Plan says Patchogue, along with Farmingdale, Mineola and Westbury, are the downtown areas that are seeing the most growth.

If Patchogue is the fastest growing town..... wouldn't that make it one of the best towns to invest in?! I think YES!

With the boroughs and Nassau County becoming more populated and pricey... are people enticed to move just a little further out on the island?
